People are beginning to realise the importance of good lighting design in a domestic situation both internally and externally, and with modern lighting design tools the designer no longer has to rely purely on his or hers descriptive capability to explain how the finished project will look.

Although never perfect (because people ALWAYS change their mind on what colour to paint the walls) Being able to show clients a visualization of a finished project is not only an ideal way to show them an approximation of how things will look, but also a practical way of assuring light levels are correct.

Side by side with images of a recently completed domestic design project, the original renders put together for the design proposal prove to be very accurate (apart from the wall colour!)
